THUMBTECHS move delayed till 2/2010.. The current economic conditions caused some financing delays with the building owners, changing our construction schedule to finish completion in January of 2010, with a hopeful move in February 2010. We will continue to keep you updated, however, here is the press release put out by IDI whom helped us locate and is building/finishing out the space for us.




Innovative Developers Inc. to renovate Main St. building for new headquarters of THUMBTECHS CORPORATION

Fort Worth, Texas – Innovative Developers Inc. (IDI) has been selected to renovate the new corporate home for THUMBTECHS CORPORATION, a computer, network and IT support provider with locations in Fort Worth, Dallas, Albuquerque and Seattle.

THUMBTECHS is moving from 8205 Camp Bowie West to 201 S. Main St., within the Near Southside neighborhood. The new suite has 5,236 square feet of usable space and is expected to be ready in January, 2010.

The interior finish follows a historical renovation of the building exterior. The interior finishes will complement existing exposed construction with an open concept inside the 14-foot-high shell space.

THUMBTECHS was founded 15 years ago by George Fassett. The company’s premier service plan, “PROTECT”, includes 24/7 monitoring of servers, workstations and network equipment, unlimited onsite and remote desktop support, and off-site backups for a flat fee per month.

“I am excited about our growth during the last two years, which resulted in the need for new corporate offices. Our new offices will include a much needed new network operations center, enabling us to better serve our customers not just locally, but around the country.”

Casey Herrell will be the construction project manager for Innovative Developers, Inc. Lease negotiations were completed by Chris Haller of Patterson & Associates and Dak Hatfield of IDI.
